Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose will be shared. Information submitted as part of a planning or other statutory application may become publicly accessible.

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, Anthemion Studio will use providers that apply an appropriate lawful safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections. How long information is retained
Enquiries that do not result in an appointment will normally be retained for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive contact.
Client and project records will normally be retained for at least six years after completion of the relevant services. Some records may be retained for up to 12 years, or longer where reasonably required by the terms of an appointment, professional-indemnity insurance, statutory limitation periods, building-safety legislation, or an actual or potential claim.
Financial and taxation records will be retained for the period required by HM Revenue & Customs.
Information will be securely deleted or anonymised when there is no longer a lawful or professional reason to retain it.
Website hosting, fonts, and cookies
This website is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process limited technical information, including IP addresses and traffic data, to deliver and protect the website.
The website uses Adobe Fonts. When a font is loaded, the visitor's browser connects to Adobe's servers. Adobe may receive technical information necessary to supply the font.
Anthemion Studio does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, marketing pixels or analytics that identify individual visitors. Cloudflare may set cookies where strictly necessary for security or network operation.
If non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are introduced, this notice will be updated and visitors will be given any choices required by law.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
